Well now penguins can have their very own jetpack if they go to the Tallest Mountian! Just take the balloon ride in the forest and go up UP UP!! When you get up there then this is what it looks like!
(Yes jetpacks are in the bottom corner!)
There's also a green propeller cap in the Plaza!
