Fall Fair New Items?

Hiya!

I haven't posted in a while but there's something odd in the newspaper here's the image:

If you dont see it (which seeing it is obvious) Look at that Purple and Black Hat and that Mustache! Are those possible going to be hidden items in the Prize Booths? If so then which one will go in which? Will the mustache go in the Members Prize Booth? Or will that purple and black hat go in the Members Prize Booth? Comment your answer.
