Here's a guide for the Member Quest in Club Penguin! You enter the maze through the cave underground. Walk through the gate. Then you will see grey orbs, this is what to do with them:
Light all the orbs and the gate to the next challenge will open. Immediately you will see a wall covered with targets. You will probably notice there is a prize waiting for you for completing the first challenge:
And the signs for the room:
There is also a target meter like so:
[Tip: if you're lazy you can just let others shoot the targets for you...]Once 50 targets were hit, the gate will open so you may proceed to the next room...

Now, to get through the maze, follow the instructions on the sign above.
If you did it correctly, then you should be led to the final room:
